Key Roles & Responsibility:
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interactions.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain and update candidate records in recruitment databases.
- Provide a smooth and positive experience to all applicants.
- Support senior recruiters in various hiring campaigns and reporting tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Freshers or up to 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR coordination.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of recruitment tools and platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.) is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive attitude.
