This is a strategic and technical position where you’ll work closely with business stakeholders, HR teams, and technology experts to configure, implement, and enhance Workday modules.
You’ll play a key role in Workday Core HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Reporting, and Integrations (EIBs & Calculated Fields) while collaborating across teams to deliver impactful HR solutions for global clients.
🧾 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Workday Configuration & Support
- Configure and support Workday modules including:
Core HCM, Benefits, Advanced Compensation, Advanced Reporting, EIBs, and Calculated Fields. - Design and implement business process configurations and enhancements.
- Support onboarding, recruitment, and job requisition processes.
🔹 HR Business Process Optimization
- Participate in Talent Review testing and rollouts.
- Analyze Workday release updates and assess their impact on current configurations.
- Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and review design proposals.
🔹 Reporting & Integrations
- Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and EIB integrations.
- Support year-end processes, UAT testing, and HR analytics reports.
🔹 Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with business and functional teams to ensure smooth configuration delivery.
- Provide consultation and guidance on best practices and system capabilities.
- Collaborate with global HR & IT teams to drive consistent adoption of Workday solutions.
🎓 Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–10 years of experience in the HR technology ecosystem, with deep focus on Workday modules.
- Proven expertise in Workday Core HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Reporting, and Integrations (EIBs).
- Strong understanding of HR process design, automation, and configuration management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with global stakeholders.
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills.
- Passionate about HR digital transformation and process optimization.
