The PITS Engineer role falls under Production-Engineering & Technical Support, which includes preventive and corrective maintenance of manufacturing and testing equipment, as well as in-time repair of customer-returned products.
This role requires hands-on expertise in OT Security, PLC systems, DCS (SPPA T3000 Siemens), and SCADA environments.
You will be responsible for streamlining testing processes, risk assessment, and managing multiple technical projects simultaneously.
🔑 Your Key Responsibilities
🔹 Maintenance & Engineering Support
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance of manufacturing and testing equipment.
- Manage the repair and optimization of returned customer products.
- Implement agile methodologies for enhanced testing and risk validation.
🔹 System Security & Optimization
- Design and maintain secure network, system, and application components to minimize threats.
- Support OT (Operational Technology) security and manage vulnerability & patch management.
🔹 Automation & Control
- Work with PLC, DCS, SCADA, HMI, and communication protocols such as Profibus, Profinet, Modbus, TCP/IP.
- Hands-on experience with Siemens SPPA T3000 DCS system.
🔹 Project Management
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously with on-time delivery.
- Participate in project meetings, provide updates, and identify risks proactively.
🔹 Process Improvement
- Streamline testing and validation processes.
- Utilize Agile methodologies to improve production engineering workflows.
🎓 Required Skills & Qualifications
✅ Experience: 1–6 years in Production / OT / Automation domain.
✅ Technical Expertise:
- Plant Commissioning
- OT Security & Network Safety
- PLC, DCS (SPPA T3000 Siemens), SCADA, HMI
- Profibus, Profinet, Modbus, TCP/IP
