Key Roles & Responsibility:
This is a full-time field recruiter role based in Varanasi, where the individual will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions within the company. The role includes building a network of potential candidates, coordinating with hiring managers to understand their needs, and managing the entire recruitment process from posting job ads to extending offers. The recruiter will work on-site to meet and engage with potential candidates and attend recruitment events.
Qualifications:
- Expertise in Sourcing and Screening candidates
- Experience in conducting Interviews and managing Recruitment Processes
- Strong Networking and Relationship-building skills
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment databases
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in recruiting for a fintech company is a plus
- Knowledge of the local job market in Varanasi is beneficial
