🔹 Main Responsibilities
- Cold Calling for new leads aur customers se connect karna
- Incoming calls handle karna aur leads convert karna
- After sales support provide karna (existing customers ke liye)
- Existing clients ko new offers aur products ke baare me batana
- Sales team ke liye prospective meetings fix karna
- Monthly sales reports prepare karna aur Sales Manager ko submit karna
- Regular follow-ups aur outbound calls karna
🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills (English fluency must)
- Confident personality & positive attitude
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email handling etc.)
- Ability to handle customers & solve queries politely
- Good convincing and problem-solving skills

Education: Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
