As a Senior Talent Advisor, you’ll be responsible for leading 360° recruitment operations for top product-based companies across India.
You’ll act as a strategic hiring partner — not just a recruiter — collaborating directly with senior leadership and engineering heads to hire the best technical talent.

You’ll manage everything — from business partnering, employer branding, to strategic sourcing.
Your mission: to help clients hire top-class professionals in domains like Software Development, Cybersecurity, AI & ML, and Engineering Operations.

🔑 Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

1️⃣ Strategic Hiring

  • Design and implement comprehensive hiring strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Build partnerships with senior hiring leaders to understand their talent needs.

2️⃣ Business Ownership

  • Independently manage an engineering business unit as a single point of contact (POC).
  • Collaborate with executives to build hiring roadmaps and forecast workforce needs.

3️⃣ Project Leadership

  • Lead multiple complex projects – from employer branding initiatives to quality-of-hire assessments.
  • Manage recruitment pipelines and ensure timely delivery of hiring goals.

4️⃣ Sourcing & Headhunting

  • Use Boolean & advanced search techniques to identify and engage with passive candidates.
  • Build strong candidate networks within tech and product domains.

5️⃣ Process & Strategy Optimization

  • Identify gaps in the recruitment process and introduce continuous improvements.
  • Drive innovation in candidate experience, selection tools, and analytics.
